Trauma is something that we all experience someway more than others so How do we deal with it? We sit in it. We feel it. Which is the complete opposite of what we are experiencing in the moment. I’m not present so I don’t know what to do I am triggered so how do I slow my mind down? We go to gratitude and we say 10 things we are thank for that will put you out of the fear state into calm cause you’re being grateful and it also grounds you. It’s a little trick I personally use and it works for me.
